Onboard worker / subcontractor
Add a new employee or subcontractor, build their profile, upload required documents, and record qualifications, licences and tickets.
Set compliance rules
Configure layered fatigue policies (business → client → site) and qualification / licence expiry rules so safeguards run automatically in the background.
Schedule & roster
Build multi-site rosters from live availability with drag-and-drop. Before a shift can be confirmed, the scheduler checks fatigue thresholds, current licences and qualifications — blocking non-compliant bookings. Employees and subcontractors are rostered in one view; FIFO swing patterns supported.
Mobilise to site
Attach FIFO flights and accommodation to the roster via templates and bulk uploads, and allocate the right tools, vehicles and equipment to each job.
Communicate & confirm
Publish shifts to personnel's phones, track seen / unseen status, and send job-linked messages, briefings and reminders — closing the loop before a no-show can happen. Notifications route by user, role or team.
Work on site
Personnel view their shift details and site brief, complete prestart checks, incident reports and approvals via custom forms, and confirm assets on the job.
Capture time
Digital timesheets are pre-filled from roster data, submitted from the field, then reviewed and adjusted against actual attendance — with a full audit trail.
Payroll
Approved timesheets flow through to payroll, reducing manual re-keying and the gap between what was planned, worked and paid.
Analyse & improve
Dashboards surface shift fill rates, unallocated work (with reason codes), compliance status and efficiency / attendance trends — turning operational data into better planning decisions.
